LLM Students Professors Caine and Smagula visit Central University for Nationalities Temple Law Rises to #58 in US News | DuPont Delegation Meets with Temple-Tsinghua LLM Students
 On Friday, March 30, 2012, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of DuPont, Thomas L. Sager, addressed the Temple Beijing LLM students. His talk focused on legal aspects of DuPont's work in China and broader implications for the rule of law. Mr. Sager was accompanied by associate counsel Sharon Leyhow from the corporate headquarters as well as John Hanssen from Hong Kong and Philip Yu, Basil Zhao, Cathy Shen, and Zhao Yunfei from their Beijing and Shanghai offices. Prior to the talk, the DuPont delegation met with Tsinghua law school dean Wang Zhenmin, and then afterwards met informally with past DuPont scholarship recipients and current students.
DuPont has supported Temple's rule-of-law in China program since 1999, having donated 21 scholarships since that date. Temple expresses deep gratitude for this ongoing support and looks forward to additional years of partnership. | |
