The financial aid program at Temple Law School is designed to help fill the gap between the cost of a legal education at Temple University and the student's own resources. Financial aid may consist of any combination of academic or need based scholarships and grants, federal and private loans and work study.
A student's relationship with the financial aid office and our staff begins before they enter law school and for some, continues beyond graduation day. Our staff is available for counseling to prospective as well as current students on the application process and the types of aid available to each individual student. Through the Barrack Public Interest Fellowship Program, our loan repayment assistance program, we can assist some graduates of the law school with the repayment of their student loans.
The office is open from 9:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday and we can be reached by phone at (215) 204-8943 or via e-mail at lwfinaid@temple.edu. We are also available to meet with evening students on an individual appointment basis.
