A student will receive a grade only for each course in which he/she is properly registered.
The grade FA represents Failure for Absence which is given when a student has registered for a course but has irregularly attended class, failed to take the final exam or failed to turn in required work.
Credit hours are based on 50-minute class hours. One credit hour is given for attending fifty minutes of class per week for one semester of the regular academic year.
The grade point credit received for a course is determined by multiplying the grade point value for the grade received by the number of credit hours assigned to the course.
