Temple student wins Ginsburg Legal Writing Competition again

Congratulations to Elizabeth Yaeger, the winner of the 7th Annual Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg "Pursuit of Justice" Legal Writing Competition. Liz is a 2009 Temple Law graduate. Each year The Philadelphia Bar Association sponsors an Annual Legal Writing Competition, recognizing the importance of excellence in legal analysis and writing skills, and seeks to award a student enrolled in a Philadelphia-area law school.

Liz's article " A Fair Day in Court: Why Attorney General Holder Must Affirm the Right to Effective Assistance of Counsel in Immigration Proceedings" was supervised by Professor Susan DeJarnatt.
