About the Program

A partnership between Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and Fox School of Business, the Master of Science in Taxation (MST) program is an interdisciplinary educational experience for accounting and financial professionals. The program combines the Law School’s expertise in teaching tax law, cultivated over the 50-year history of the Graduate Tax Program, with the Fox School’s business and accounting acumen.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Fox School of Business and Beasley School of Law

The faculty include some of the country’s most accomplished practitioners from law firms, accounting firms and government, who bring their practices to the classroom and bridge the gap between learning and doing. The curriculum is comprehensive and flexible, offering students the opportunity to match their education to their career goals. From traditional tax subjects to data analytics, cutting-edge classes prepare students not only for today’s marketplace but also for the future.

In addition, the MST program is unparalleled in its affordability and convenience. Many classes are offered at Temple’s Center City campus, just across the street from City Hall. Whether there or at Temple’s main campus on North Broad Street, students have the option to participate remotely, even switching between online and onsite attendance as their schedules allow. The MST program’s flexibility affords even the busiest students the ability to fit their education into their professional lives.
