Application Procedure

Applicants must have completed their first year of full-time legal studies or its equivalent and be in good academic and disciplinary standing (2.0 GPA) at an American Bar Association accredited law school.  (Temple students are considered for summer program admission after fall semester grades are posted).  Applications are accepted in the Fall, and are due no later than March 1. Our admissions process is selective, and we make admissions decisions on a rolling basis. Students should apply early, as the Italian government requires some foreign nationals to submit substantial paperwork to support a student visa (USA, Japanese, and Canadian nationals exempted from the student visa). Visa application materials are due no later than March 1.  We limit program enrollment to 70 J.D. students.

  3. Official letter from the applicant’s law school that indicates the applicant’s good standing (Temple students exempted); and
  4. $50 non-refundable application fee (Temple students exempted).
