Classes are held at the Temple Rome campus, located at Lungotevere Arnaldo da Brescia, 15. There are also many field trips. In 2021, we are planning one full day of classes at our partner school, the University of Naples Parthenope located right on the Bay of Naples.

Temple Rome is located in a handsome building, the Villa Caproni, facing the Tiber River in the heart of Rome. Just north of Piazza del Popolo and within short walking distance of the Spanish Steps and the Borghese Gardens, Villa Caproni is convenient to living accommodations, shops, and historical sites.

The Villa serves as the hub of all program activity, with newly renovated classrooms, student lounges, a computer lab, and wireless Internet system. Temple Rome maintains a library, where law faculty may place supplemental materials on reserve. In addition, a number of items in the library’s permanent collection, such as the Palgrave Dictionary of Economics and the Law and European Union Treaties, Regulations, and Directives, serve as useful references for law students who attend Temple Rome. The program director and faculty have shared office space at the Temple Rome campus, and they may also be reached by telephone and email throughout the duration of the program. The offices of our dedicated administration and staff, all of whom have been working with Temple Rome students for many years, are located right at the main entrance.

Students With Special Access Needs

Rome is not easily accessible for individuals who have difficulty walking. A student with special housing, medical, or access needs should notify Temple Law’s Office of Graduate and International Programs immediately, and we will do our best to assist.

Location of Classrooms and Administrative Offices

All classes are held at Temple Rome Campus, located at Lungotevere Arnaldo da Brescia, 15. 00196 Rome, Italy.

The Director and Faculty of the Rome program have shared office space in the Faculty Rooms Temple Rome campus, and may also be reached by telephone and email throughout the duration of the program.  Administrative offices for Temple Rome staff are located on campus.
