Temple-Arranged Housing Option
Students are encouraged to find their own accommodations. For those who would rather not find their own housing, Temple can arrange housing in the Residence Medaglie d’Oro – an apartment building convenient to the Rome campus.
If a student elects to use Temple arranged housing, a $200 housing confirmation deposit will be due with the signed housing contract by March 15, 2017. This deposit is also credited toward the total housing fees. The tuition deposit and the housing deposit are non-refundable.
Non-Temple-Arranged Housing Options
As in most cities, the key to apartment hunting in Rome is location. You should try to find housing that is within walking distance to the campus. Apartments designated as “center city” (or “centro storico”) or near the Vatican (“Vaticano”) will probably be most convenient. It is wise to rent an apartment near a metro stop.
