Professor Megan D. Dalton teaches Legal Research & Writing I and II.  She joins the Temple faculty as a practicing lawyer concentrating in civil and commercial litigation.  Professor Dalton has nearly fifteen years of legal practice expertise.  She was recognized in Philadelphia Magazine as a Rising Star in 2013, 2014 and 2015. As a partner at Wisler Pearlstine, LLP, Professor Dalton represented clients in complex federal and state commercial litigation matters, as well as alternative dispute resolution matters. In addition to litigation, Professor Dalton has experience in commercial contract negotiation and drafting.

Professor Dalton received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Villanova University, where she was the recipient of the John E. Hughes Medallion recipient in Sociology for Highest GPA. Professor Dalton received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law, where she received the Raynes, McCarty, Binder, Ross & Mundy Legal Writing Award for Best First Year Brief.
