Temple students come from a wide variety of backgrounds and each one presents a unique set of experiences and qualifications. Accordingly, the Career Services team regularly schedule one-on-one counseling sessions with interested students to learn about their career goals, discuss ways to transfer skills and knowledge obtained through prior work experience into the practice of law, help them develop outstanding interviewing skills, resumes and cover letters, provide support and encouragement, and otherwise help them to chart a career course and obtain employment.
We strongly encourage every student to meet our career counselors by scheduling an appointment through the CPM. Students may also drop by the Office of Career Services help desk hours in Klein Hall, or drop by the 2nd Floor of Barrack Hall to see if a counselor is available. If counselors are busy, they will schedule an appointment that fits the student’s schedule.
